ATV manufactures a full range of Through Conduit Double Expanding Gate Valves for Offshore & Subsea applications in the Oil & Gas exploration and production, suitable for water depths up to 3000 m (10000 ft).

The Through Conduit Double expanding Gate Valves are double block and bleed valves as theycan grant zero leak with pressure on the upstream and downstream side towardsthe body, even when the valve is fully closed. Solid particles cannot penetrateinto the body, both when the valve in the open or in the close position.Furthermore, they provide superior bubble tight sealing capabilities andunmatched robustness in harsh services with high pressure and high temperatures. 

ATV supply Through Conduit DoubleExpanding Gate Valves in a wide range of materials and configurations to meetany specific need of the application and customer’s requirements. Many optionalfeatures are available for seat and stem seals, CRA Overlay and end connections. Materialsare sourced from qualified suppliers on the base of specifications that reflectthe industry standards (ASTM, NORSOK, BS, DIN or others), but do alsoincorporate additional requisitions resulting from long experience.  

ATV valves are designed according to API standards -6A and 17D - and comply with ASME B16.34 and PED. The Through ConduitSlab Gate Valves are manufactured to API 6A – PSL 3 or 3G quality level -  in therange of temperature to API 6A – Tab.2 and over (up to 350 °F).
