Swing Check Valve
Highlights
- Compact design
- Tight sealing
- Piggable
ATV manufactures a full range of Swing Check valves for production, processing and transmission applications, suitable for pressure ratings up to API Class 15000 and ANSI Class 2500.
Swing check valves are typically full bore with optimized design of body cavity and disk for piggability, including the capability to handle intelligent pigs. Reduced bore check valves can be supplied on request for specific applications in pumping stations.
ATV Swing Check valves can be supplied with dampening system to increase the closing time and avoid shocks and with clapper lifting device operated manually or by remote controlled actuators. Lost motion devices can be supplied to reduce the wear on the shafted seals. Sensors for remote indication of clapper position are also available.
Materials are sourced from qualified suppliers on the base of specifications that reflect the industry standards (ASTM, NORSOK, BS, DIN or others), but do also incorporate additional requisitions resulting from long experience.
ATV designs, manufactures and tests its products in accordance with all the relevant Industry standards and codes (API, ANSI, ASME, BS, ISO, NACE, PED and others).
ATV stresses its willingness to produce engineered valves; therefore, it welcomes requests for special size, class and design requirements.
